Here the Elo ratings for NHL coaches are provided. They are calculated similarly to the teams' rating with two very important differences: first, they do not reset at the start of each season, but rather carry over. Playoff games are included. A coach fired by one team and rehired by the another carries the Elo rating with him. Second, the OT win / OT loss are evaluated as a 2/3 - 1/3 result to prevent inflation.
In addition we also show when the coach's rating peaked during the season as well as his season statistics and playoff record. The stats are available per season.
